The June Rockwell Levy Foundation makes grants to Internal Revenue Code Sec. 501 (c )(3) organizations, primarily in Providence County, and particularly northern Rhode Island.

The Foundation meets in the even-numbered months each year. Applications should be received by the Foundation by the 10th of the preceding odd-numbered month.

An application for a grant must include a copy of the organization's tax-exempt Qualification Letter from the Internal Revenue Service and must be accompanied by TWELVE (12) completed copies of the Foundation's "APPLICATION SUMMARY COVER SHEET AND THE APPLICATION SUMMARY FORM" (obtained by clicking on the link below or by requesting a copy from the Foundation).
